Stand alone systems are able to offer the flexibility of static or roaming cameras pre-programmed or client controlled.  Most systems are able to offer the options of a viewing monitor and/or PC based view and control with the ability to monitor your systems from the World Wide Web being available.

Integrated systems allow a more complex system design specification and an ability to gather more specific information from your CCTV system.  Using the above stand alone system with a few added gizmos you can easily record, monitor, and control a variety of systems.

CCTV Analytics Combined with standard stand alone systems can offer a huge advantage to any organisation.  Using an analytics package allows you to send alerts via email, text, or video alarm to a remote viewing facility and/or local locations for a variety of scenarios: video analytics is capable of counting people; detecting packages left in the wrong place; people or vehicles travelling in the wrong direction; intruders in a restricted area; items big or small leaving the place they have been left, and a host of other possibilities

keyboardCCTV and access control integration allows an access control system to record specific events like a door being forced or a card holder using the system and combines that with a video clip or still image of the area and card holder for visual verification of a event.  Once again, these events can cause an alert capable of emailing or signalling either a remote or local administration.

As with our CCTV systems, Access Control can be as simple or as bespoke as the client’s needs determine.

We offer a range of products and solutions from a single door stand alone keypad entry system, to a world wide access control product installed across a variety of sites and controlled from a central location.

Within our access control packages we are able to offer a variety of services such as printable ID badges with smart technology for cashless vending.  Real time event management guard tours, elevator control, instant reporting of events, building floor plans, and combined CCTV, intruder alarm integration.

We are able to offer a wide range of technology to gain access through a door, gate, barrier or turnstile.  Contactless proximity cards are the most popular, being available as a printable credit card or key ring fob. Older less popular options are magnetic strip or barcode readers and cards.  Higher security proximity cards combined with a keypad and code allow for a more secure system and the misuse of a card. We also offer a wide variety of biometric options ensuring only the specific individual enters the area intended.

AM Installation visitor management systems are optimised for high traffic or unsupervised reception areas.  Advanced technology can coach visitors or appointment holders through a quick and simple registration process to produce ID badges from scanning business cards and snap shot photography, we can then guide visitors to their host with the use of building maps.  A streamlined registration process can quickly notify the visitor their host is aware of their arrival and if necessary confirm if they are not expected or barred.  Health and safety bulletins and promotional videos can be displayed during registration to enhance the experience.
 
Automated Gates, Barriers & Turnstiles PDF Print E-mail
We are able to offer a wide range of physical security products.

Automated gates can be designed and specified for a variety of applications, from heavy duty commercial properties requiring reduced opening times, to small scale ornate residential properties.  All of which can be independently controlled or interfaced with access control and number plate recognition systems.

On lower risk sites or manned entrances automated barriers offer a reliable automatic solution, allowing vehicles to be stopped before entry in openings up to 6 metres wide. Various optional extras are available including flashing beacons, over/under skirting barriers, traffic light systems and induction loops for exit and safety devices.

High traffic pedestrian turnstiles work perfectly to control the flow and authorisation of personnel entering and leaving secure locations. These can be full height externally rated turnstiles with a variety of options or a simple stainless steel luxury product designed to fit plush entrance lobbies.  Access control products and biometric interfacing allows us to design high security gated areas with full reporting facilities or links to our time attendance and payroll systems.

Maintenance PDF Print E-mail
Electronic security and surveillance equipment requires regular maintenance to remain effective. External systems normally require servicing twice a year, internal systems just once.

All new equipment supplied by AM Installations. is covered by a manufacturers back to base warranty, though in some cases this is invalidated if recommended service intervals have not been met.

The labour cost for moving or replacing components covered by a manufacturers warranty is chargeable, unless a maintenance contract from AM Installations is in place.

Level One
This agreement will provide the following:

Guaranteed response within 24 hours of your request (including evenings, weekends and public holidays)
All labour charges included for faults due to equipment failure not resulting from circumstances beyond our control i.e. mains failure, lightning, water damage, vandalism, etc.

Free temporary loan equipment to keep your system operative pending repair or replacement of faulty components – Subject to availability.

Level Two
This agreement will provide all of the benefits of level one with the addition of the following:

 

All Parts and Labour charges included for faults due to equipment failure not resulting from circumstances beyond our control, as above.

Response Times
In all standards of maintenance agreement, the company would seek to attend to any call out within the same working day if reported prior to 10:00am, for faults reported after this time, which we are unable to attend the same day, will receive a following day response. We have at all times a dedicated response engineer on duty, whose sole responsibility is to ensure our stringent standards are upheld. Out of hours faults are still guaranteed a 4 hour response rate.

With a standard service contract the system will be periodically serviced and maintained with a full service/report.

The service contract ensures a guaranteed repsonse to your system within 24 hours. Our premium service is the same as the standard contract but has the addition of an out of hours response guaranteed within 4 hours of notification.

Our engineer based consultants are able to offer detailed system design, specs and professional CAD drawings leading onto completion and as-built documentation.

A solid base and design foundation is critical in delivering a project on time and on budget. Detailed specifications and drawings ensure installation stages and commissioning are carried out smoothly.

AM Installations encourages an active involvement in project planning at the earliest point to ensure the correct workable solution is reached and all issues are resolved at the earliest stages.
